Screening
McGinn Security firmly believes that we
are only as good as the officers we provide
to our clients. That is why McGinn Security
performs an extensive screening process
on every officer before he or she is considered
for employment. Before an applicant becomes
a McGinn Security Officer they may go through
the following process:
- 3 step interview process
- 10 year employment verification
- Criminal background check through the
State Police. All potential employees
will be checked against the criminal history
database maintained by the Pennsylvania
State Police.
- Drug Screening
- Finger Printing
- Reference Checks
- Drivers Record Check through the DMV
